You may use the websites for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the websites or the systems behind them
  • send spam or automated messages through our forms
  • use the websites for anything unlawful

Our content

The websites and everything on them, including the SHATTERED DIVIDE name, logos, artwork, screenshots, video and text, belong to Fifth Element Studio or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it except as these terms or our press kit allow.

Press and content creators: you may use the materials in our press kit to write about, stream or make videos of SHATTERED DIVIDE, including monetised videos. Please do not suggest that we endorse you unless we have agreed it.

Things you send us

When you send us a message or a key request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to send it. We use it as described in our privacy policy.

The websites link to other sites, such as Steam, Discord and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep the websites accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be either. Details about SHATTERED DIVIDE, including features, release dates and system requirements, may change during development.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
